Fortune Services GmbH was founded as a spin-off in March 2020, because we want to take into account the importance of the service idea.

Fortune Services GmbH is integrated into numerous spin-offs of the corporate group, which, as experts, deal with topics along the online value-added chain across all sectors – from fulfilment and performance marketing to overstock solutions or Germany’s fastest growing FashionTech start-up.

The company’s most important location is Halle an der Saale.

Historically coming from the fashion industry, we do not only support end customers of individual online shops from there today, but also take care of the end customer business of internationally operating groups, also outside the fashion industry (Business Process Outsourcing).

This includes the areas of customer service, product data management and customer accounting.
